Referral Partner Program

A referral is defined as one in which the referred Partner acknowledges with sufficient evidence that a current Partner using DubClub (the "Referring Partner") convinced them to join.

The Partner Referral Bonus is applicable to a Referring Partner ONLY IF their Partner has at least 10 active paying subscribers at the end of the month (i.e. free trials do not count). For example, if the Partner only has 7 active paying subscribers at month end and 6 active free trials, the Referring Partner is not eligible for the Bonus.

The Referring Partner is only eligible for the Partner Referral Bonus insofar as he/she is still actively & exclusively using DubClub on the date of such payment (defined as the only subscription service he/she is using to publish their content multiple times per week). Any Partner who is found to be in violation of DubClub's Terms of Service or Usage Agreement immediately disqualifies their eligibility to participate in the Referral Partner Program, subject to DubClub's discretion.

The Partner Referral Bonus is equal to 1% of the Partner's monthly revenue. Therefore, it is in the Referring Partner's best interest to help their Partners maintain growth each month. The 1% monthly revenue Bonus will be divided evenly amongst Referring Partners, if there is are more than 1 Referring Partners for a single Partner.

Active subscriber counts are evaluated on the last day of each month and, if eligible, the Referring Partner is paid their Bonus the following month. Upon request from a Referring Partner, DubClub will make available to them a list of their "bonus-generating" Partners and any associated commission percentages.

Note that a Bonus will only be paid if it equals or exceeds $5 USD, and otherwise, will accrue and be paid in the first month after (a) it equals or exceeds $5 USD in the aggregate or (b) the Referring Partner's DubClub account terminates, whichever is earlier.

DubClub is fully invested in Partner success, so the Referral Bonus is paid using DubClub's own income. DubClub sends the Bonus via Zelle or PayPal directly to the Referring Partner's bank account.

Partner Referral Bonus payout eligibility is evaluated and applies to the "Referring Partner" each month, for up to 12 months after the Partner initially joins.

In any given calendar year, a Referring Partner is allotted 5 active eligible Partners at any given time, for a potential 1% Bonus each. Thus, the total possible Bonus for a Referring Partner is equal to 1% of each 5 Partners' revenues (5% total). However, if you feel strongly about additional Partner(s) you'd like to refer after the 5th Referral, DubClub is open to discussing more than 5 annual Referrals.

For example, if 5 referred partners each generate $5K in monthly revenue (from 10 or more paying subscribers each) for a total of $25K, the Referring Partner's Bonus will be $250 that month ($3,000 when annualized).

In order to be consistently eligible for the Referral Bonus at the end of each month, the Referring Partner should collaborate to help ensure that the Partner's subscriber count remains high. After all, this is a CAPPER PARTNER Program!
