A unit is generally your average bet size. It should be no more than 1-2% of your bankroll and it should be an amount you are “comfortable” losing on any average bet. For example, if you have a $1000 bankroll, a fair unit size would be $10 or $20.
Bankroll = Your gambling allowance
Every play will have a unit amount attached to it that shows how much you should bet. Follow that and you’re good!
