5U Max WriteUp:

The Sixers go where Embiid goes. His health is questionable even though he’s gonna play through it. He’s unable to flop his body around and draw 20 fouls a game like he did in the regular season. He’s also the type to give up when the going gets tough. And that’s exactly what it’ll be in the Garden, one of the best home advantages in all of sports. The Sixers played him in a drop coverage that Brunson failed to capitalize on. I like him to bounce back from his poor shooting performance. Like game 1, role players like Bogdanovic & McBride will get a boost at home. The Knicks offense comes in spurts but their defense is relentless all 48 minutes. I like them to make the key plays late and pull away like they did in game 1. Philly knows it can probably win both home games and even up the series. I don’t think their star will be all in late after actually having to work hard all game again. As long as Maxey doesn’t go nuclear from 3 the Knicks pick up another fairly easy home win.
