João Lucas da Costa vs Rafael Pereira LFA 191
I think the wrong guy is favorite here. Pereira does have more experience and he’s 27 , but he’s also faced the lower level of opposition of the two. Meanwhile , Da Costa has faced some very good regional fighters. One of his losses was at 170 lbs at the age of 18 , which he has no business being in that weight class. The other loss is to another good regional fighter in Adur a year ago. Da Costa is still only 21 and he recently got his best win vs Kaua Fernandes in LFA. He will mix in the grappling to get takedowns , but his striking is also rapidly improving. Pereira is a more of a meme fighter with very bad fight IQ. He explodes in all of his shots and throws a ton of kicks. His style makes him pretty gassed when fights get extended.
