I do not parlay because the synthetic hold is much greater than straight bets. What does this mean? Essentially, on average, the sportsbooks are holding more money from you, meaning you win less. Think of it as a "parlay tax" where you pay a fee because you parlayed instead of straight betting.

A unit is a standard of measurement in sports betting. I advise all my picks should be one unit. For some of my members, that means they are betting $20 on every game. For others, it means they are betting $500 on every game. I recommend making a unit about 2-3% of your bankroll and placing this same amount of money on each of my picks.
